3 apples
2/3 c. cottage cheese
1/8 c. golden raisins
1/2 sm. can mandarin orange segments
1 tsp. mayonnaise

Core and peel apples and cut into bite sized chunks. Combine all ingredients, place in portable container. Take with you to the Law Library with a fork.
