1 can apple pie filling
1/2 pkg. white cake mix
1 stick butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Place pie filling in greased baking dish; sprinkle cake mix evenly over top. Slice butter into thin pats; place pats over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. May be served warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
