1 3/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together. Cream sugar, eggs and oil. Add vanilla then add dry ingredients and milk. Beat well and then add 1 cup boiling water. Bake in greased 13x9 pan, 350 degrees, 35-40 minutes.
