IRISH SCONE 
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. caraway seed (optional)
1/2 pkg. raisins
1 c. sugar
2 c. buttermilk

Mix well by hand (not mixer). Bake 350 degrees 1 hour or more until browned.
