ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground round
1 lg. onion, diced
1 lg. green pepper, diced
3 day old bread heels
3 celery sticks, diced

OREGANO SAUCE:

2 lg. cans Hunts tomato paste
Onion salt
Garlic salt
Worcestershire sauce
Hot sauce
Red & black pepper
Oregano

Combine sauce ingredients in 2 1/2 quarts of water. Add onion salt, garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce. Heat to rolling boil. Add to this mixture garlic salt, onion salt and black pepper to taste.

Drop meatballs into boiling sauce. Cook for 1 hour at medium heat. Use a big cooker. A pinch here and a pinch there is what makes this taste so well aware to the taste buds.
