ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. onion
1 sm. stalk celery
1 egg
Pinch of salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. oats
1 can tomato sauce

Mix all ingredients together using enough tomato sauce to hold mixture together. Roll into small balls. Fry until just brown on both sides. Place in a pan and cover with remaining tomato sauce. Cook about 20 minutes. Pour over noodles, rice, or potatoes and enjoy.
