LEMON-MUSTARD CHICKEN 
6 skinned chicken breast halves
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken in shallow baking pan. In small saucepan, melt butter. Add lemon juice, tarragon and salt. Pour over chicken. Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

To serve: Spoon sauce from pan over chicken. Serves 6.
