VEGETARIAN LASAGNA 
Lasagna noodles
1/2 green pepper
1/2 onion
1/2 c. shredded Jack cheese
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Ricotta cheese
1 large can mushrooms
1 can tomato paste
Clove garlic, minced
1 jar tomato sauce
1 can tomatoes, stewed

Cook noodles per box directions. In large separate saucepan combine: paste, and sauce (chopped) stewed tomatoes. Keep on low heat. Chop mushrooms, green pepper and onion. Brown separately and add one by one to sauce. Then in large corning bowl: layer; sauce, noodles, sauce, cheese (mixed), Ricotta 5 to 6 teaspoons dropped randomly. Repeat until bowl is full. Cheese should be final layer. (on high). Cook ten minutes in microwave, turn every 3 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
