1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. milk
12 oz. container Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. Oreo cookies
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter and milk with beater. Add Cool Whip. Crush Oreo cookies (about 2 1/2 cups) and mix with melted butter. Pat on the bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Add mixture and remaining Oreo crumbs on top. Freeze.
