PEACHY BRAN MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. peach low fat yogurt
2 c. whole bran cereal
1/3 c. shredded carrot
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. raisins
2 egg whites
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda

Combine yogurt and cereal together, mix lightly. Add raising, carrot, sugar, oil and egg whites. Mix well. Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and baking soda, which have been mixed together and add to other ingredients, stir until just moistened. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
