NACHOS 
1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
1 can tomato and chopped green chilies
1 lb. hamburger
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. nacho chips
1 jar sliced jalapenos (optional)

Melt Velveeta in crock pot (on low). Brown hamburger. Salt and pepper to taste. Add tomato and green chilies and hamburger to cheese. Stir as needed. Pour cheese dip over chips to serve.
