BULGOGI 
2 1/2 lbs. Sukiyaki meat or very thinly sliced beef
1 handful + 2-3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce (to taste)
2 lg. green onions
5-6 carrots
2 med. onions
2 bell peppers
3 cloves garlic crushed or 1 tsp. garlic power
1 tsp. sesame seed oil
1 tsp. sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. Accent
Optional: 3 slices fresh ginger, crushed

Slice all vegetables diagonally in 1 1/2 inch pieces.

In a very large bowl, mix everything except beef. Add beef and mix thoroughly. Marinate overnight.

Set aside vegetables. Stir fry meat until almost cooked then add vegetables and finish cooking. Serve with white rice. Serves 4.
