BARBECUE PORK 
2 1/2 lbs. pork loin
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 c. tomato puree
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 med. onion

Cook pork until tender in crock pot. Mix all other ingredients together and cook on stove until onion is tender. Shred pork and add to sauce. If barbecue is too dry, add a little of the fluid the pork was cooked in.
