AUNT NAN'S CHEESE FONDUE 
6 slices buttered bread
3/4 lb. sharp cheese, grated
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
2 c. milk

Grease a casserole. I like to use a 9 x 12 inch baking pan because it browns and crusts up the entire surface. Beat the eggs together with the seasonings and milk. Add to bread and cheese. Let mixture sit for an hour. Bake 45 minutes in a 300-325 degree oven. Serves 6.
