FRENCH FRIED ONION RINGS 
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 egg white, unbeaten
6 tbsp. water
2-3 lg. onions, sliced for rings, separated

Mix flour and salt in bowl. In another bowl, mix milk, oil, egg white, water. Mix until smooth. Add to flour mixture, mix. Dip rings in batter. Fry in deep fat at 375 degrees until golden brown. Turn over, brown; drain on paper towel.
