OVEN CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cubed chicken
2 c. diced celery
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. toasted almonds or pecans
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise

TOPPING:

1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated cheese

Combine first six ingredients. Add mayonnaise and lemon juice. Mix well. Spoon lightly in a baking dish. Do not pack down. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
