SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 or 8 potatoes, sliced thin
1 green pepper, in strips
1 onion, sliced thin
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt

Layer potato, pepper and onion in 2 quart casserole. Combine remaining ingredients. Dash of pepper; pour over. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 to 30 minutes longer until potatoes are tender. Serves 8. Scalloped potatoes with ham, use above recipe and add a layer of ham, cut into bite size pieces.
