TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 can tuna, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. chopped green peppers
2 eggs, boiled and chipped up
4 oz. cheese, cut in small pieces
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. cooked rice or macaroni
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together well. Place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes until cheese is melted and casserole bubbly.
