1 lg. pkg. dark chocolate pudding (not instant)
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. salted peanuts

Mix all ingredients together in 3-quart saucepan. Cook to a full boil, stirring constantly, lower heat and boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in peanuts. Beat until candy begins to thicken. Drop from teaspoons onto waxed paper to form clusters. 48 servings.
