BAKED CHICKEN STEW | |
1 can each cream of mushroom, chicken and celery soups 1 lg. can Irish potatoes 1 lg. can string beans 1 can carrots Several pieces of boneless chicken Spray large lasagna-type pan with Pam. Pour in ingredients, including some liquid from the vegetables. Sprinkle with dried oregano, onions, and basil for seasoning. Be careful not to fill with too much liquid. It may boil over. Cover with foil. Bake 30-45 minutes (or until chicken is done). Serve with rolls. |
