BURRITO CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 can pinto beans 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can Cheddar cheese soup 1 pkg. (12) flour tortillas 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese Brown beef. Stir in taco seasoning according to package directions. Add beans to meat and simmer 10 minutes. In a separate bowl; mix soups together (do not add water). Spread half of soup mixture in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Put a heaping tablespoon of meat and bean mixture in the center of each tortilla. Add grated cheese and roll up tortillas. Place in dish over soup mixture and cover with remaining soup mixture. Top with remaining meat mixture and grated cheese. Sprinkle with chopped chili peppers, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 30 minutes. |
