English muffins, split
Your favorite spaghetti sauce
Mozzarella cheese, grated

Your choice of other toppings such as pepperoni slices or ground beef or sausage your mother has browned.

Spread muffin with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle cheese over that, and other toppings if desired. (My favorites are ground beef and mushrooms!) Then let Mom brown it in the oven until the cheese melts.
