BROWNIE CUPCAKES | |
1 3/4 c. sugar 1 c. flour 4 eggs or egg substitute 1 c. butter 4 (1 oz.) squares semi-sweet chocolate 1 c. chopped pecans 1 tsp. vanilla Combine sugar, flour and eggs; blend, do not beat. Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan; add nuts and stir. Combine 2 mixtures; add vanilla. Blend only to mix well. Pour into 24 paper-lined muffin tins. Bake at 325 degrees for 25- 30 minutes. |
