ICE PICK CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines cake mix
1 box instant Jello pudding vanilla or lemon (sm.)
1/3 c. Wesson oil
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. water
4 lg. eggs

Mix first 4 ingredients, 1 egg at a time, beating after each one. Pour into large tube pan that has been greased and floured lightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Leave cake in pan and pierce with ice pick all over the top.

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. orange juice

Drop over top and leave in pan until almost cool.
