NAPOLEAN CREAMS 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 c. crushed graham crackers
1 c. flake coconut
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. milk
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. powdered sugar
6 oz. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter

Combine 1/2 cup butter, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, and vanilla in saucepan. Cook over low heat until butter melts. Stir in egg. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick (approximately 3 minutes). Blend in graham crackers and coconut. Press into buttered 9 x 9 inch pan. Cream 1/2 cup butter. Stir in milk, pudding mix, and powdered sugar. Beat until fluffy. Spread evenly over crust. Chill until firm. Melt chocolate chips and butter in a double boiler. Let cool. Then spread on top of pudding mixture.
