BRUNCH EGG CASSEROLE 
2 c. plain croutons
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. powdered onion
Dash of pepper
4 slices bacon, crumbled

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Put croutons and cheese in bottom of a greased casserole. Combine all ingredients except bacon. Mix and pour over cheese and croutons. Sprinkle with bacon. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until eggs are set. Serves 6.
