HAMBURGER STEW 
2 lb. lean beef
Stew vegetables (eg. potatoes, carrots, onions)
Fresh green beans, approximately 1/4 to 1/2 lb.
1 (4 oz.) can sweet corn, drained
2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (12 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
Sm. head cabbage

Brown and drain beef; add tomato sauce and vegetables. Season to taste. Bring to boil; cover and simmer until vegetables are cooked, approximately 3-4 hours. Serves 4-6 people.
