CHEESE BROCCOLI SOUP 
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
6 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
2 jars Kraft Old English cheese

Melt butter; blend in flour, salt, and pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook, stirring continuously, until mixture thickens and bubbles. Cool 2 minutes longer. Add cheese and stir until melted. Cook broccoli in separate pan just until tender. Drain and add to cheese mixture just before serving.
