BANANA CRUNCH CAKE 
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. quick cook oats
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. sour cream
2 very ripe bananas, mashed
4 eggs
1 pkg. yellow cake mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan. In a bowl combine first 5 ingredients; add butter and mix lightly. Set aside. In a large bowl mix remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth. Pour 1/3 of the batter into prepared tube pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 crumb mixture.

Repeat twice with batter and crumb mixture. Ending with crumb mix. Press crumb gently into the batter. Bake 60 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool upright in pan for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and turn so crumb mixture is on top.
