CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 sm. jar pimento
1 (12 oz.) Cracker Barrel sharp cheese, grated
1 1/2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped fine
1 1/2 tbsp. onion, chopped fine

Work mixture by hand until it blends to a yellow color. Roll into 2 balls. Roll in chopped pecans and parsley. Refrigerate before serving.
