CHEESE BALL 
12 oz. sharp cheese, grated
12 oz. cream cheese, soften
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. green peppers, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
Dash cayenne pepper

Mix together, form a ball and chill. If desired, roll ball into pecans.

Helpful hint: Use wax paper to form ball. Serve on crackers.
