HOT CURRIED FRUIT 
1 can peaches
1 can pears
1 can pineapple
1 can apricots
1 can cherries
Brown sugar
butter
Curry powder

Mix and layer fruit in baking dish. Sprinkle a little brown sugar and curry on fruit. Dot with butter. Repeat until all fruit is in dish. Drizzle some black berry brandy over top. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees. Sour cream may be served to place on top of hot fruit.
