EGG ROLLS 
1 pkg. egg roll skins
2 lbs. hamburger
Sm. cabbage
1 bag bean sprouts
1 sm. onion, diced
3 cloves garlic
3 lg. carrots
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 egg
Add other ingredients if desired (ex. pork, shrimp)

Brown hamburger. Add diced onion, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Drain fat, using a large pan/pot.

Combine shredded cabbage, carrots and garlic cloves, bean sprouts. Add hamburger and simmer for about 40 minutes or until cabbage is completely cooked. Cool well. Add soy sauce.

Using egg roll skins: Squeeze handful of filling to drain any excess fat. Start in center top of egg roll and roll about halfway. Fold in sides and roll it up. Using egg, seal final edge of skin. Fry in shallow grease until golden brown. Makes approximately 40 egg rolls.
