EGG ROLLS 
1 can chow mein vegetables or Fancy Chinese vegetables, drained
1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef
carrots
cabbage
salt
soy sauce
garlic powder
egg roll wrappers

Brown ground beef. Shred vegetables, beef, carrots and cabbage. Squeeze out excess juice after shredding. Add soy sauce, salt and garlic powder to taste. Roll small amounts into egg roll wrappers.

Use beaten egg white to seal edges of egg roll. Fry in deep fryer until brown. Will brown FAST. Drain on paper towels.
