VOLCANO CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. cocoa
5 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
1/4 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. butterscotch chips
1/4 c. peanut butter chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 or 10 inch cake pan.

Combine flour, sugars, salt and cocoa in the pan, and mix carefully. Make a volcano shape in the middle of the pan. Pour the melted butter around it to make a lake.

Put baking soda in a crater in the volcano. Pour vinegar into the volcano over the baking soda and watch it bubble and foam. When it stops erupting, pour vanilla into the volcano and you may get mud slides coming down over the sides of the volcano.
