GREAT GRANDMA'S ONE POT DINNER 
Polish or smoked sausage
Head of cabbage
Sliced potatoes
Sliced carrots

Place polish or smoked sausage, cut into serving sized portions, on the bottom of a 3 quart casserole. Add water to cover sausage. Cut up 1 head of cabbage and place over sausage. Peel and slice 3 to 4 potatoes and layer over cabbage. Peel and slice 6 to 8 carrots and place over potatoes. Cook covered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
