2 lg. (6 oz.) strawberry Jello 2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries in sweetened syrup 1 (2 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 c. pecans, broken and lightly toasted 2 c. boiling water 4 bananas, mashed 8 oz. sour cream Dissolve Jello in boiling water adding 8 ice cubes to cool. Add bananas to Jello. Add undrained pineapple and strawberries. Mix well, pour half of mixture into 13 x 9 inch glass dish. Place in refrigerator to partially set. Refrigerate other half. When mixture has set, spread sour cream over Jello. Add other mixture over sour cream. Add pecans over sour cream or spread over top of Jello. |
