ZACH'S MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 box Creamette macaroni
1 lb. cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook macaroni according to directions on box. While macaroni is cooking, prepare white sauce by first melting butter in fry pan. Mix flour and salt until it makes a paste. Gradually stir in milk stirring constantly, add 1/2 of grated cheese into white sauce. Drain macaroni and place in casserole dish, pour cheese sauace over macaroni. Next cube remaining cheese and add to macaroni. Stir and add salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts and is bubbly.
