HOT FUDGE SAUCE | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips 2 c. powdered sugar 1 lg. can evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring Melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat. Add milk and powdered sugar. On medium heat, bring to a boil and cook approximately 8 minutes, stirring constantly to keep from scorching. Remove from heat and add vanilla flavoring. Serve over ice cream. Keeps well in the refrigerator, just reheat in microwave. |
