HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat. Add milk and powdered sugar. On medium heat, bring to a boil and cook approximately 8 minutes, stirring constantly to keep from scorching. Remove from heat and add vanilla flavoring. Serve over ice cream. Keeps well in the refrigerator, just reheat in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
