HEAVENLY PIE | |
60 Ritz crackers, rolled fine 1 stick butter 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened 3 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant coconut pudding 1 c. milk Mix crackers, butter, and sugar; press into 13 x 9 pan. Mix rest of ingredients together and pour mixture over crackers. Ice with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with coconut. Store 24 hours in refrigerator before serving. |
