SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. peas and carrots
1/2 green pepper
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1/2 c. water
Sweet basil to taste
Allspice to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Mashed potatoes and grated cheese for topping

Brown meat with onions and green pepper on high until meat is browned, about 4-5 minutes; drain fat. Add gravy mix and water. stir together and microwave for 45 seconds on high. Add remaining ingredients and simmer at 50% power for 5 minutes.

Top mixture with mashed potatoes and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Microwave on high until cheese melts, about 1 minute.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
