CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter or 1/2 butter and 1/2 butter
1 square chocolate
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate and butter. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla. Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 25 to 30 minutes, until set.

Use 9 inch pie shell (NOT deep dish).
