PORK AND MACARONI 
6 med. thick pork chops, cut off the meat and cut into bite size chunks, save bones
1 lg. onion, coarsely chopped
1 lb. spaghetti
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Italian grating cheese

In a large pot, brown the meat and onions together in some olive oil. You may brown the bones also as they add more flavor. Add about 1 cup of water and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for about 45 minutes.

Bring to boil a pot of water and cook spaghetti. Drain spaghetti; remove pork bones and pour pork and onion mixture over the spaghetti. Sprinkle with cheese and serve hot.
