ICE CREAM DESSERT | |
40 to 45 Ritz crackers 1/4 lb. butter, melted 2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding 1/4 c. milk, blend with pudding 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened 1/2 pkg. coconut Mix Ritz crackers and butter together and place in bottom of cake pan. Save 1/2 cup for top. Mix pudding, milk, vanilla ice cream, and coconut together and put in dish over cracker mixture. Top with container of Cool Whip; put leftover crumbs on top. Top with Maraschino cherries if you wish. |
