HOT MEAT DIP 
3 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can diced green chilies
1 lg. jar picante sauce
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown meat, onion and green chilies; drain well. Add sauce and cheese. Stir until cheese has melted. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot with taco chips.
