YOGURT PARFAIT 
2 (8 oz.) containers yogurt, any flavor
1 c. crushed cookies
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained

Spoon 2 rounded tablespoons of yogurt into each of 4 parfait glasses. Top each with 2 tablespoons of cookie crumbs, then 3 tablespoons of pineapple. Repeat layers. Serve well chilled. Makes 4 servings.
