1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Beat all ingredients until smooth, 30 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand mixer. Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Ready to eat.
