1 box yellow cake mix
1 can solid pack pumpkin
3 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into a 17 x 10 x 1 inch pan that has been sprayed with Pam.

Bake at 350°F until done.

Frosting:

1 tub vanilla frosting
3 oz. cream cheese

Mix together and frost pumpkin cake.
