WILD RICE SALAD 
1 c. raw wild rice
1 c. raw broccoli
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
12 oz. imitation shredded crab legs
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper
1 c. raw cauliflower
1/2 c. red onion, chopped
12 oz. Ranchers' Choice dressing
1 tsp. lemon juice

Cook rice; let cool. Mix vegetables and dressing with cooled rice.
