BARBECUED CHICKEN OR PORK 
3 or 4 lbs. pork or chicken
1 lg. onion, chopped fine and sauteed in 2 tbsp. corn oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 rounded tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. catsup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients together. Bring to boil. Pour over meat after it is cooked and shredded fine. Let simmer in sauce, then serve.
